Using the service
You may use the puzzle maker for lawful personal, educational, care, community, or commercial activities. You are responsible for the titles and word lists you enter or share and for having any rights needed to use that material.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use the service to create or distribute illegal content; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; threaten or harass people; exploit children; spread malware; evade security or rate limits; or interfere with the service. Shared content may be disabled when reasonably necessary to address illegality, abuse, security, or these terms.
Private share links
Share links are unlisted, not access-controlled, and expire after 180 days. Anyone with the link can view its puzzle. Do not include secrets, personal data, or confidential information in a puzzle.
Intellectual property
You keep any rights you hold in your submitted material and give the operator a limited permission to store and display it only to provide the sharing feature. The ClearSearch Puzzles name, interface, and original site materials remain protected by applicable law.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. The operator does not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
